This Content Moderation and Age Verification Policy outlines the comprehensive framework and procedures that HeyBoo.vip employs to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Our goal is to maintain a safe and respectful environment for users while preventing access to minors and mitigating risks associated with human and sex trafficking.
HeyBoo.vip employs a comprehensive content moderation system designed to uphold safety standards and legal compliance. This system integrates both automated and manual moderation processes to monitor and review user-generated content effectively.
Account Creation
1. User Registration Process
Account creation: Users initiate the registration process by accepting our Terms and Conditions and verifying their email address.
Self-declaration of age: During registration, users must self-declare their age, confirming that they are at least 18 years old or the legal age of consent in their jurisdiction.
Automated Moderation
AI-Driven content review: The platform uses advanced artificial intelligence, including chatbots and large language models (LLMs), to perform real-time monitoring of content. This includes the analysis of prompts for AI character creation as well as messages exchanged between users and AI characters.
Detection of prohibited content: The automated system is programmed to identify and intervene in instances of content that violates HeyBoo.vip's safety guidelines. For example, if a user attempts to create a character based on a real individual, the AI modifies the request to prevent unauthorized imitations.
User interaction oversight: All messages exchanged between users and AI characters undergo automated checks. Messages that violate our guidelines trigger prompts for rephrasing, ensuring a safe and respectful environment. Specifically, if violations are detected, the system takes appropriate action:
- The AI character may suggest a change in the conversation topic to guide the user towards compliant dialogue.
- Alternatively, the user receives a warning and is prompted to rephrase their message to align with our standards.
Image generation monitoring: The same analysis mechanism is applied to images generated in private chats. Importantly, users do not have the capability to upload their own photos, videos, or audio files to communicate with AI characters. Any content is generated only via the HeyBoo.vip platform and undergoes automated moderation as described above.
Escalation of violations: If a user attempts to violate the rules three or more times, the case is automatically escalated to a moderator for manual review and further action.
Manual Moderation
Human oversight: A dedicated moderation team reviews all content published in open access, ensuring compliance with our established guidelines within 24 hours. This includes AI character profiles and user-generated posts.
Specifically, manual moderation is required in the following cases:
- When a user publishes and/or generates an AI character in the "Community" section, or
- When a user publishes posts on behalf of an AI character in the "Posts" section.
- When a user uploads an avatar to be strictly used as a profile picture and not for any other purposes whatsoever, and which also undergoes manual moderation to ensure appropriateness and compliance with our guidelines.
Moderation actions: Following the review, moderators can take several actions, including:
- Approving content for publication;
- Reject the content and request modifications to ensure compliance; or
- Deleting content that violates guidelines and/or banning users in cases of serious or repeated violations.
Reporting System
HeyBoo.vip provides an accessible user reporting system that empowers users to report content they believe violates our guidelines or terms of service. This system is designed to facilitate prompt action and maintain community standards.
1. User Reporting Mechanism
Accessibility: Users can report any content they deem inappropriate, unlawful, or otherwise objectionable by using the "Report" button available across various sections of the platform, including publicly accessible posts, private messages, and images.

2. Submission Process
Complaint Submission: When submitting a report, users should provide a clear and concise description of the issue, including specific details about the content being reported and the reason for the complaint. This information is crucial for conducting a thorough investigation.
3. User Notification
Confirmation of report: Users who submit a report will receive two automated notifications:
- An immediate confirmation email indicating that their report has been successfully received and is under review.
- A follow-up email within seven (7) business days after the report is received, detailing the outcome of the investigation and any actions taken.
4. Investigation Process
Acknowledgment of reports: Upon receiving a complaint, the moderation team will acknowledge receipt of the report and initiate a review of the reported content within seven (7) business days.
Review and action: Moderators will evaluate the report based on the platform's internal rules and guidelines. Actions that may be taken include:
- Removal of the reported content: If the content is found to violate our terms or guidelines, it will be removed from the platform.
- Issuance of warnings: Users responsible for the reported content may receive a warning, prompting them to comply with community guidelines.
- No action: If the investigation does not substantiate the claim, no action will be taken, and the user will be informed accordingly.
5. User Cooperation
Cooperation with investigations: Users are encouraged to cooperate fully with our investigations by providing any additional information or evidence related to their complaint if requested.
Moderation discretion: HeyBoo.vip reserves the right to take appropriate action based on the findings of the review. This may include content removal, user warnings, or account suspension for serious or repeated violations, at our sole discretion.
6. Limitations
Finality of decisions: While HeyBoo.vip aims to address all complaints promptly and fairly, all moderation decisions are final. Complaints lacking sufficient grounds or evidence may not be reviewed.
Human and Sex Trafficking Prevention
1. Zero tolerance policy
HeyBoo.vip maintains a strict zero-tolerance stance against any form of human or sex trafficking. We are committed to preventing such activities and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws.
